Exciting i know, i can tell that you all totally care about what i have to say and all (Rolls eyes). But yeah, after an almost 2 year absence, i am back to blog about my ideas. Even though nobody really reads these, i can always keep track of my greatness this way you know? I’m gonna be doing game reviews and what not, and hopefully will get some feedback, but if not….who cares right?

Opening Day Baby!

Yeah, its that sweet time of year again. Opening Day. The day that millions of baseball fans get their caps and jerseys out and either buy tickets and go to the game, or get some nachos and other snack foods, and plop down on the couch to watch their home opener, or their first game of the season.

I personally want to see the Cardinals Vs Pirates game. Well, the main reason i want to see it though is that , the cardinals are my favorite team. Wainwright gets his first game of the season, and i cannot wait to see how he does. the person that i mainly want to see pitch is Chris Carpenter, i cannot wait to see how he does this season. The question is, will he stay healthy? i say yes. Albert Pujols should have himself quite the season this year, he is projected to once again win the MVP award, which is very probable.

This year should be a great one. WELCOME BACK BASEBALL!

I love teams that never give up. It just so happens that this season, that team is the St. Louis blues. They Fell behind in the season quite early, but since January, they have been winning non-stop, and have pulled themselves back into playoff position. Their Young team has learned how to work together, and they have shown that they can overcome the odds. I cant wait for the playoffs to come around.

MLB Pre-season assumprtions

This Season in the MLB looks like it could be an exciting one. For the first note, C.C. Sabathia is probably the best offseason pick for the yanks. The former Cy Young Winner, not only produces awesome numbers for his team, but he is also a great teammate and works well with other players. Another good pick-up was Matt Holliday on the Oakland Athletics. This guy was a major contributor in his seasons with the Rockies, and it wont be any different in Oakland.

The Cardinals player and former NL Cy Young Award winner, Chris Carpenter appears to be doing alot better. He only let up 2 runs total in his entire Spring Training Performance. His arm appears to be back to normal, and this is only good for the Cards. Carpenter will hopefully be able to last the entire season, so that he may continue to produce awesome numbers for his team.

My question for this season is who will do better? Nationals or Pirates? they seem to be both even teams, Nationals have Elijah Dukes and Lastings Millege who are appearing to be some good picks in the Sleeper industry this season. It should be fun watching both teams perform. Ryan Zimmerman is looking to make up for that early season injury from last year, so that should be pretty exciting to watch. Pirates have a younger team. So basically its the question of which will be bettter. The youngsters (Pirates) or the Experienced (Nationals). It should be fun to see who does better.

The Royals will not suprise me one bit if they make first place in their division this year, they worked in the offseason and it appears to be working well for them, they are most likely the best choice for most improved team, and i am looking for them to make a great comeback and greater numbers will be put up aside from last year. After those 100 loss back to back seasons, its about time the Royals have got a good team, and they are only looking ahead and no longer back.

Giants. Questions are asked about them. How will they do this season? Will they improve? How will will their players do? Will they be able to work together? My answer is this, they will do better than last year. Tim Lincecum, will do great this year, he will put up Cy Young worthy numbers, and the funny thing is, he gets no recognition for that 18-5 season 2.62 ERA and 265 strikeouts he put up last year. Not only do they have Lincecum, but they have Noah Lowry who is looking to get playing time this year, and he will do good with the more playing time that he gets. You can bet on that. Now its time for a bold prediction. Barry Zito will have a good record, perhaps even a 10-5 record, and his era will be 3.80 or lower. Bold Prediciton, yes, but it may be the right call. Bengie Molina may be getting older, but he still puts up a .290 average and 16 homers a season, he will contribute similar numbers again. Edgar Rentaria and Fred Lewis will also contribute.

One last bold prediction, Rays will finish in first in their division.

All month i have been watching the March Madness Tournament. It has been a pretty good deal for me. I love watching basketball, both NBA and NCAA. The Atmosphere and the Tension in the tournament is just great and the fans really get into it with the posters, and the signs, the face paint, and the chants. Its just a great thing to watch.

Sadly, my Mizzou Tigers did not make it to the final four. I really thought that they were going to make it for the first time to the final four this year, but i guess not. It was really upsetting whenever they lost to Connecticut, or UConn as they are more known as. They really kept up with Uconn, but in the end, Uconn just scored more points. Mizzou would have had their first Final Four in franchise history. Their team was led by Leo Lyons, T.J. Tiller, and Demmarre Carroll (all whom are beasts).

Aside from that, Villanova, Michigan St., North carolina, and UConn, all made it to the final four. I have over 12,000 points bet on this site called Rootzoo.com. It should be exciting and i cant wait.

Does Anyone Actually Read these?

I have been thinking about this recently and well, i have been wondering if anyone actually reads these blogs. I mean, i feel like the Letters to the editor in People’s Magazine here, nobody reads them. I mean, i haven’t really been here for too long and i have wrote 5, maybe 8 articles and i only have 10 views a piece. That isn’t a whole lot, but i mean, i thought that i would have maybe…..20 more views on each one.

You people of wordpress probably get a few of these a day, but its driving me crazy. Nobody reads these things at all. well, thanks for your time, and see ya later.

Please. Someone tell me what i need to know. Does anyone actually read half of the blogs that are written on here. Do people actually feel adventurous and decide that they are going to read a new blog today….well, not too adventurous i hope. Like i mean, i write interesting junk, funny junk, and stuff that people should actually read. Not the same old junk like everyone else writes about like Obama and the Superbowl Tippy toe catch (I despise that tippy toe catch, the Arizona Cardinals should have won, but their defense just gave up). So i am shocked that a bunch of the articles on here that people write, that are actually interesting i mean, arent being read, looked at, or even touched with the mouse cursor ( you know who you are).
